Is the pilot right for my business?
This Innovate UK-funded TechLocal pilot supports small and medium-sized businesses in Cornwall, Devon and Somerset creating entry-level AI and technology jobs. Smart Working Revolution checks whether your business and proposed role fit.
What would we need to provide?
Useful work, a named supervisor and support to learn. Pilot roles should offer at least 25 hours a week for six months or more. Smart Working Revolution helps shape the role.
For candidates
Do I need technology experience?
Not necessarily. Practical skills, projects and how you learn matter too. Each role will explain the skills or qualifications it needs.
Is this about jobs or training?
Jobs, with support to learn at work. Roles may involve AI, data, cyber security, automation or digital tools.
For everyone
How are the AI interviews used?
With your consent, Alvia asks about your business needs or practical skills in a voice interview. Smart Working Revolution reviews the summaries, and employers decide who to hire. Alvia does not rank or reject candidates.
What support is there after someone starts?
Smart Working Revolution checks in with employers and new starters at 30, 60 and 90 days to discuss progress and any problems.
